Gold and Tree Real Estate was founded in Chiang Mai to fix what frustrates buyers and tenants in Thailand — outdated listings, borrowed photos and prices that change at the door. Our team visits every property, photographs it and confirms the owner and paperwork before anything is published.
We work with buyers, tenants and investors from Thailand and abroad in English, French, Thai and Chinese, and with owners who want a clear, no-fee way to sell or rent. We only earn when a deal closes.
