Fa Ham lies north-east of the Old City, between the Ping River and Central Festival Chiang Mai. Condo projects cluster around the mall, while the Ruamchok area on the middle ring road mixes houses, townhomes and the Kad Ruamchok market, with Theppanya Hospital close by. A practical base if you prefer malls and ring-road access to old-town charm.
