Pa Tan is a narrow north–south strip on the west bank of the Ping, where the Superhighway crosses at Kham Thiang. The Kham Thiang plant and flower market, a Lotus's store and temples such as Wat Pa Tan anchor daily life. Stock is mostly older condos and land plots, so check building age and management before you buy.
